Working with healthcare professionals and engineering teams, I’ve created a range of technical documentation, including SOPs, runbooks, labels/metadata standards, security policies, and user and developer guides.

Current role

In my role at Elevance Systems, my work includes managing multiple Confluence spaces for enterprise architecture, documenting processes and procedures in ServiceNow, and leveraging AI tools to expedite interview-to-draft intake. A majority of my day revolves around writing, interviewing SMEs, and analyzing gaps for process and documentation improvements.
